Two Year Extended Warranty

Mr. TV Mount is the trade name of General Services & Installations, Inc. -Virginia State Corporation. Mr. TV Mount warrants all TV installations to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 2 years.

The obligation of Mr. TV Mount will be limited to repairing or replacing, free of charge at our discretion, materials, labor, and user’s TV damages related to the TV installation under normal use. This warranty does not cover parts, accessories, or damages due to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, or accident especially by the user.

Mr. TV Mount shall have no obligation under this warranty if the installation is altered or improperly repaired or serviced by anyone other than Mr. TV Mount.

Mr. TV Mount provides a warranty for two years. For the first two years, there is absolutely no charge for a service call. After two years, there is a minimum trip fee of $49 that may change depending on the customer's distance from our company's location. Mr. TV Mount offers a 4 year extended warranty for $69.

Please let us know if you need to take your TV down. We will guide you on how to unlock your TV and take your TV down. Putting things on the TV, hanging things on the TV, and throwing things at the TV are not recommended.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required to make an appointment with Mr. TV Mount. Security deposits are $50 or 10% of the installation price if 10% is greater than $50. The security deposit is not refundable but can be used for another installation within the next six months. To reschedule or cancel an appointment without losing your security deposit, we require at least 24 hours of advance notice.
